Urban reflections

We love exploring the city at night.

We like to spend time looking at blocks of flats like the ones below/above and as you look at each of the windows you could think they represent a family or individual. Imagining what they might do or get up to what they might be seeing, what their experience is how they got there.  Sometimes  (when being intentional) you could pray for the individual windows, mediating and thinking about the people behind it. At night some have lights on and some are in darkness (as the picture shows), this can lead to lots of metaphors and is sometimes helpful. That people experience darkness and light and that they may have darkness and light in their lives, spiritually, emotionally, physically etc.

You could pray for a whole block!
